Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday October 19th, 11am at the Merridale Cidery, 1230 Merridale Road in Cobble Hill.

The AGM is an important event in our calendar, providing an opportunity to:
● Review the achievements of our past year
● Awards to recognize members
● Discuss the future of our region
● Elect our new leadership team

Your participation is essential in helping shape the future of our Club. We encourage all members to attend, share their perspectives, and take part in this important process, and an optional lunch afterwards.

Merridale Cidery is located at 1230 Merridale Road in Cobble Hill, located on a winding country road just off the Trans Canada Highway. Those of you bring your Porsche will be treated to a delightful drive. Those who don’t bring their Porsche should should bring a good appetite, Merridale is noted for providing excellent fare.

Lunch limit is 60.

The cost for the optional lunch is $30 - which is heavily subsidized by the Club! Menu consists of housemade breads, dips, and naan bread, a Merridale salad, barbeque rub pork loin with apple thyme purée, herb-roasted vegetables, there is a gluten-free, vegan cheese, and vegetarian option available as well. Dessert is pies and brownies, coffees, and teas, etc..

There is no cost for attending the AGM portion of the meeting.
